Web customer portal
The mobile applications are cross-platform and available for download on the Google Play and App Store stores. Data is transmitted automatically and in real time. Access to applications is secured by strong authentication.
Integration mechanisms are available to interface with the sector’s business software and exports allow the use of timekeeping data in payroll and invoicing software.
Digital clocking
To clock in and out, the agent uses either the MOZAIK Agent mobile application or the Penbase Pocket box. The latter can be mobile with the agent or fixed on the site. The scores made from these devices use NFC technology. The advantages of NFC are the reliability of clocking and extremely simplified use.
Clocking can be done with mobile devices regardless of network conditions. If the network is available, they are reported in real time and allow the generation of automatic alerts according to chosen criteria, for optimal monitoring of activity. Otherwise, a retry system makes it possible to transmit the score as soon as the device recovers the network.
For agents
MOZAIK Agent
The MOZAIK Agent mobile application can be used on employees’ personal smartphones or on professional smartphones possibly provided by Penbase. Its primary function is to record the arrivals and departures of employees on construction sites.

The Penbase Pocket is assigned to a site or an employee from the web software in one click. MOZAIK Manager is the web software that allows you to administer the MOZAIK Clean solution and manage activity on customer sites using the scores received in real time.
